I made the app I couldn't find.
I train the way a lot of people actually train: a heavy lift that rolls into a run, a few timed holds to finish. No app handled that well. I was logging strength in one app, runs in another, and stitching the two together in my head.
So I built Bamboo: one session for every kind of work, reps, miles, and minutes in the same log.
Two things mattered to me as much as the tracking. I wanted my data to be mine, easy to export, so I could hand a month of training to an AI and ask it to coach me. And I wanted it to stay mine: kept on my phone, no account, never sold. This is the app I wanted to use. I hope it becomes yours too.
